The food and service at this restaurant are amazing. They have the best fries in Mandurah.

I have never had any complaints about this restaurant before, but for the past two nights, I have asked for extra chicken salt because I am pregnant and it helps with my morning sickness. However, both times I have requested extra salt, it seems like the workers have purposely not added any. I am very disappointed by this. It is not difficult to shake a shaker for a little longer. Additionally, your opening hours are until 9pm, so unless it is 5 minutes to 9 or later, I expect someone to answer the phone so I can address the issue of not having chicken salt, instead of having to make a trip back to the restaurant. It is 8:30pm. As a business, you should stay open until 9pm or update your hours. I anticipate better service in the future. If I do not receive salt or vinegar on my chips next time, I will walk behind the counter and take the salt shaker and vinegar spray bottle myself before leaving.

We placed our order at 5:15pm for 9 fish and chips with a few sides. We were told it would take 40 minutes, but just over an hour later we were told they hadn't even started on it yet. Frustrated, we decided to cancel the order and go somewhere else. I called the restaurant seven times between 6:25 and 7pm, but no one answered and the phone just rang out. They finally arrived at 7:02pm, but the chips were stale and we were missing 3 pieces from our order. We couldn't even get through on the phone to complain.

Shark tasted powdery batter was way to thick squid would have been nicer crumbed felt sick after batter soaked up to much oil
