Bidrage med feedbackTrip 1: 1 order of sopapillas. Ordered sopapillas and they made a huge deal about extra honey. Charged me for it. Even though the honey cups were tiny. Took 15 min to get original order. Trip 2: wrong sauces on all plates, didn’t give honey on sopapillas, had to ask for it. Forgot tortillas. Bathrooms are disgusting and backed up. Temperature is uncomfortable. Better to eat outside regardless temp.
This used to be a great value fast food restaurant, Covid killed that. We informed an employee that their outdoor lighting wasn't on and said they had only three people working tonight. I guess they didn't want to pull a croud since they were underused. We ordered a big fajita meal. When the girl took the order, she went and saw and said they had to cook more meat and it would be 15 minutes waiting. We said we only drink a margaritas while we wait. The Margaritas machine was out of juice, so we only have a 3/4 full cup. I saw her put fresh meat on the grill, and before any of this meat came from the grill, we heard an order after a lot of discussion, we were finally given salsa. We get our meals home to find a small part of the meat, no paprika and onions, a container of salad with a pot of guacamole, sour cream, pico and shredded cheese.
During the grill was in the process of cleaning, but the manager at the service ensured that he had enough grilled chicken to fulfill my order after having a hurry, rather than just saying that they were outside. Customer service has long died in all service industries, but this guy does it right. Food: 5/5
I'm not a taco bell fan. But b4 I would go back here, I would definitely consider it about this place. Too high and salsa was terrible.
