Taco Bell - McKinney

0 star. Refused to take my order in the cashier, insisted for me to use Kiosks. Three employees just standing around and no one could take my order without having to use the Kiosks. Sometimes people prefer to talk to an actual person what is so wrong with that?

It's Taco Bell, you know what you're getting. Cross contamination seems pretty bad at this one.. I'd say it's a coin flip on whether I'm picking cheese out of my food when I order something without cheese. The other half of the time I'm super happy with what I'm paying for.

They okay but some of the co-worker not on the same place... one say one thing to.the Customers but never worker say some thing told different... watch out for that!

I despise their kiosk for ordering. Tacos were ok, but cold. Only bright spot was the nice guy who helped me order. Won't be returning. Music here is awful too.

Great customer service from Becca and personality on the drive though which will make me take the long route home compared to Taco Bell on stemmons. totally worth coming here! Becca has great vibeS!! And my phone rider was right and she asked what sauce I wanted wow
