Bidrage med feedbackThis place never gives a receipt, so I made sure that I received mine today when I ordered, I recognized for 2 things from Nacho cheese when I received my order, I asked cashier about it and she said that it was because of ordering a water I worked for tb and know that this is not correct) so I asked if tb now fees for water, why would Nacho say She said manager said to put her to put nacho cheese, so it paid for the cup so that I paid a dollar for a cup of water) after she said with the manager, they have no button for water so that they decided to calculate as they are franchise. I asked her if there is no button how it costs? She said she didn't know... she showed her my reception and she was surprised that I even received and said good, as I wanted to argue that she would refund for the accusation for water. 1. I never raised my voice 2. I asked him questions never argued 3. I'm worried about how many people were wrongly charged so that it really needs to be checked.
It is Taco Bell but the tortillas are usually soft and it's fairly reliably good and they are generous with the hot sauces. I actually got crunchy tacos on accident and they were really good!
I understand the bad reviews and the empty restaurant now. Went there for some food late and they had a system malfunction so they closed almost 30 minutes early. But we all know they just wanted to go home early versus doing their job until closing time. Such a shame. Taco Bell is a dying breed. Explains why Whataburger is killing it in sales. Thanks to their neighbors closing early
Went through the drive-thru at 1:53 a.m. and the young lady at the drive-thru said that they were closed. The drive-thru closes at 2:00 a.m. poor communication with staff. Staff is not wanting to accommodate customers. Overall poor customer service.
This Taco Bell is trash. Customer service is so poor there, I would rather travel a little further to another location. I’m never visiting this location again. They were out most of the things we wanted on the menu. If it wasn’t for being stuck in the drivethru we would have opted out ordering here and driven to another place for food. Cashier took our card, closed the window, and then came back asking for our card again. Um you have it! Then we could barely get a word in to ask for a receipt and ask for sauce before they closed the window on us. Food looked thrown in a bag that had multiple holes in it. Ridiculous and unacceptable service all around!
