Bidrage med feedbackI was in this area for meeting today and saw this La madeleine. I had a really bad experience on the Belt line Addison location previously, it took me a moment before I decided to walk in to give it another try. This location is very clean. Everyone is very friendly, happy helpful. Once I walk in, the server already greet me. Wonderful service, great place to hang out. Pastries still the same like before, delicious. Would come back this weekend to have breakfast here.
Fake French food that's overpriced and under portioned. Not a good dinner spot.
Fantastic. Food was perfect and came out much faster than expected. Atmosphere was good and we had plenty of space to ourselves (more worried about other patron’s comfort than our own comfort as we have 2 kids under 2 years of age. That being said, we both had space and privacy during the lunch rush. Maybe luck. . All in all great experience dining on 9/24/23 around 12-1pm, all staff was very pleasant.It’s also so nice to eat somewhere where the quality exceeds the price. A nice experience overall
Frequent this location for a good strong cup of coffee, tomato soup or bakery item. Usually greeted with Bonjour! Didn’t receive a welcome today the first time or when I had to return because of receiving the wrong item. Everyone doesn’t have a good day understandable. When I returned to have my order corrected, the cashier didn’t say anything….. at all. I just let her know I received the wrong item. Tried to hand her the item. She didn’t grab it from me so I sat the item on the counter. She then decided to dig in my bag touching my other correct food. I gave her the “ what are you doing ma’am” look. Which prompted her to respond, “ checking to see if the rest of your order is right.” She said nothing prior to me about anything. She didn’t address the incorrect item or say “hello”….just began to grab at my food. My response was, “those items are fine.” She then placed the food down, made eye contact, grabbed the correct item, placed item in my bag. Grabbed the incorrect item, dropped it in the trash can and turned her back to me. I was going to indulge in one of the delicious desserts before I left but the entire exchange was very off putting even if I don’t include the fact I had driven 10 min home before realizing my simple order was made incorrectly, the exchange with brunette and being ignored by the other cashiers was enough to make a mention. Hopefully someone will have a chat about being pleasant at the least. I would’ve had a better exchange at a kiosk. The audacity to request gratuity before service is rendered, only to come back to a robotically rude cashier is bothersome when trying to support local business.
Amazing food! Great Staff! ? definitely going back. A little spendy but work it.Kid-friendliness: Nice size kids meals. Almost big enough to feed a grown upWheelchair accessibility: Had a wheelchair accessible sidewalk right by the front door.
