Jalapeno's Mexican Grill - McKinney

I can not think of 1 negative comment about this place. How many other Mexican places start you off with complementary cheese queso, salsa, and warm chips ? The prices are extremely on the low end. But the food is way above most (OK all) others. Jalapeños will take you back to Pete Dominguez restaurants.... IF you are old enough to remember Casa Dominguez on Cedar Springs in the 60's!

Its my go to place for good Mexican food in Mckinney. Friendly staff and I love seeing people I know. Or I went to school with.

Would you believe way too much food for way too little money? And not just food, really really GOOD food! No gourmet fare here, just delicious TexMex at an incredibly reasonable price. Bring the family and everyone you know!

Our service was wonderful and the food is the best, hot sauce was perfect, you could actually eat it without being on fire, and the cheese dip was delicious!
