Chick-fil-a - McKinney

If you want Chick-fil-A, go to the location off 380 and North Lake Forest. (Oct 3, 2022) This location doesn’t not handle the lunch rush very well. Ordered my food via the Chick-fil-A app for take out, went inside to pick it up and return to my destination. I had ordered the Spicy Grilled Chicken sandwich with Pepper Jack and Fries. The fries were cold and stale, couldn’t be reheated, and the sandwich was Regular grilled with Colby Jack and chicken was cold as if just pulled out of the fridge and thrown on an un-toasted bun. The rest of the order for my family, #2 spicy chicken sandwich and macaroni and cheese and a chicken Cobb salad were good.

Worst chick-fil-a I have been to. Received the sandwich like this and food was cold. It's like you have to go out of your way to mess up this bad.

I used to love this chick fil a because they moved fast and were nice. However the past two times I've been there the service is not as good. Very disappointing. Today, I placed an online order and they gave me the wrong sandwich. Last time they skipped me taking my order in the drive thru. The managers and workers don't care about customers anymore.

This made me become vegetarian. I worked here and let me tell you....the chicken if LITERALLY frozen and they add grill marks to make you believe its fresh. if you still find THAT appetizing be my guest and eat there....but the fries and literally COATED In salt its disgusting. one of my friends that worked there tried a bite of the fries before they took off some salt and due to health reasons after that she has passed. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND I WILL SUE YOU TO THE GROUND!!!!!

Literally ordered my meal; a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and medium fries with sauces of my choice to be delivered to me at work. My fries arrived cold and there was no sauces- the buffalo, ranch and chic fil a sauce I requested. It’s really disappointing since I was looking forward to enjoying my meal on my lunch break.
