Green Peapod Thai - McHenry

Absolutely love this place! Food is always hot, fresh and plentiful. Every time we order I say we need to order more often!

We showed up without reservations with a group of 12. The service was the best. It's a lot to keep that many orders straight, but our server did a wonderful job. Most of us never had Thia food before, and with the servers' help, she steered all of us with the best dishes for us. I don't think you can go wrong on any dish you ordered. We were not rushed after our meal to leave. It was very relaxing here. We do plan on going back, but with smaller groups. Our family has been trying different restaurants in McHenry County once a month, and our groups are anywhere from 8 to 14 people.

Great Thai food!!! Green Curry spicy and flavorful. Pad Grapow was life changing. Appetizer sampler platter offers all the tasty nuggets of the east. Gluten free and Vegan options. Great staff. Will be in my heavy rotation of local restaurants.

Wow! I moved here from the city of thinking I would miss the Thai food there. This is literally the best thai I have ever had!! So fresh and flavorful and it was just spicy enough : definitely check this place out!

This is the McDonald’s of Thai food. They got my order wrong and wanted me to drive 15 minutes back. I can’t because I have to get ready for work. So instead of finding a solution she tells me I ordered wrong. Unreal. Go to Krystal Thai in crystal lake. It’s way better food and service.
