Celebrated my daughter Sweet 16 Birthday with her friends! Everything was Perfect and Awesome! We all had a Blast

9 times out of 10, the food will be good. Longhorn is one of the few restaurants that still gives good portion sizes even though prices have gone up. The customer service here is always good, whether you’re dining in or getting take out. Ginger (one of the takeout employees) is always pleasant, and goes above and beyond to make sure your order is right. I always increase her tip when I see her.I’ve only had one time at this location where my order was wrong, and management made the situation right.

After being seated it took 25 min to get bread. The waitress Taquella was unfriendly and inattentive. The food was not cooked as directed med well is definitely not the same as well done. First time in my life, I did not tip worst hour and forty minutes of my life. The margarita was full of syrup the only beer option was light beer.

I ordered my steak. I got beyond well done. Couldn’t even finish it. So tough. Waited over a hour for this.
