Chx N Wing Hut - McDonough

My experience was not good at all! The employee taking my order and working the front had a really bad attitude, she seemed like she hated being here!! Food here is good, but my experience today was bad, writing this review to make sure the managers coach this employee around proper expectations around customer service. For reference today is October 5th, I ordered at 230pm.

Bad service will kill a business! My wife and I absolutely love their food! Never any complaints BUT today, today ruined our views on this place. The young black woman working (9/25 12:34pm) was absolutely HORRIBLE! She had the worst attitude and had an even worse attitude when asked for ranch and blue cheese! Very very disappointing. Even the customer behind us gave us a look because they noticed her attitude as well.

Great food! Wings were very tasty and the portions are very generous!

The music was rather loud and hard to hear the order, but the wings and sides were fantastic.

I called and placed a to go order. A young woman told me 10 min. I placed this order at 7:56 and it’s currently 8:55. My first and last time. Hope this order wings and rice worth an hour wait. ??‍
