Five Guys Burgers Fries - McAllen

09/14/22 9:11 am I was at many Five Guys locations and they were all great. But this place, the hands down, is the worst. The service was pitiful. I wasn't even greeted. The old man in the register coughed in his hands and then went back to the grill and did not wash his hands before cooking. You made my order wrong, and the burgers and pommes tasted nothing like the other five guys I had. Stay here. Huge disappointment!

Very good Restraunt very expensive, but very well made to order burgers served HOT. I like that. But for the size the height of the price does not really. I have 2 of the cheese burgers, which contains double meat double cheese and salad tomatoes good for only 2 burgers and a drink came to $26.00 and have so much too expensive in mind NO FRIES. But they're good. I assume once in a blue moon doesn't always come here. I wish if the prices for a hamburger were lower, I would come more often.

What happens to this place??? Burgers are still great, but looks like it wasn't cleaned all day. Trash cans over flowing, soil dirty and bathroom slippery and dirty. 17:00 on Sunday and the place is a mess. Please keep it clean. Five guys are better than that to get a bad reputation in the bathroom.

So for two regular cheeseburgers, a small cheeseburger, 3 regular drinks, and 1 regular pommes....$49.00 dollars!!!! And then, if you pay, you win if you want a tip!? I'm sorry, but if I have to do anything to get my food, and fill my drinks again, I'll leave zip, zero, nada! The food is good, but nothing amazing that could justify the price. I had to clean my table when I sat down. Do you need more?
