Chuck E. Cheese - McAllen

They took 1 hour to bring simple cheese pizza . When we inquired they said they have put wrong toppings.

The only good thing at this restaurant is that the kids love it differently than that the prices are outrageous my pizza was terrible Can I pay 11.99 for the salad bar it was 7.99 I wish I had taken photos so that you could see the bad quality of this salad bar and lettuce was all brown and devoured all was dry watermelon was all smushy oranges were completely out drying machine I had them You the bracelets are really expensive and I bought four

The pizza was disgusting.The crust was salty and the cheese was a little colder than the rest of the ingredients but still enough to feel off. The music was very obnoxious. Serious fly/gnat problem. Way overpriced for below bad food. Also the employees were a little to happy. Nobody is THAT happy. I can't pin it down exactly so it's between either of the two, but when you force your employees to talk and act all happy and cheery it comes off as very fake and staged emotions and you can tell they aren't actually like that. The cheeriness should come off naturally. The other way it could come off is kind of passive aggressive, or at least I think so.
