Very good ice cream! But customer service was bad..

Wonderful service, excellent choices. I chose a caramel and phishing. I loved both flavors

Absolutely the worst service my family ever had. We showed up about 30 minutes before closing. The young lady who worked was happy to see us (was 8 of us). She filled out our orders so that we have set ourselves to enjoy our treats. There was an older man working on a Lego set in the back hall, which was strange. Another group of 4 people came in and got treats. The older man went to tables to eat, and the older guy went outside to inform them that they had to stand up so that he could move tables inside (it was 15 minutes before closing). You were not happy! This caused a lot of loud noise in us, and he then asked if we were done because he wanted to collect the garbage. It was a total blow in the face after we had spent over 60 dollars on ice 15 minutes ago and were not finished. We won't stop here again! I hope the owner or manager see this and realize that this behavior is not acceptable to pay customers.

I order a birthday ice cream cake online. They had it in time. Great customer service and it tasted delicious. I got vanilla with brownies. Very recommended.

Worst Ben Jerrys I've ever been too. The girl was very rude, apparently it was an issue I asked for ice cream tearing her away from her laptop. She didnt wash her hand or wear gloves. Going off of maybe she had done that recently, while scooping ice cream she got ice cream on her hand and literally scraped her bare hand in the ice cream container to get most of it off?, she then proceeded to give me the wrong ice cream. I cant say it really was going to make a difference for me at that point, it all went in the trash.
