The casual eatery located at the food truck park on Business 83 offers great quality food for a reasonable price, which is why it has become my favorite place to hit up whenever I'm going for a healthy tasty craving for tacos. Their 5 options of vegan meat come as close to the real thing as it gets. My favorites are al pastor and bistec; you get that traditional Mexican spices along with that grilled pineapple and onions with extra cilantro, lime and your choice of salsa. Their agua fresca of the day is freshly made from local fruits that are in season. So if you're in town and you are looking for a clean, family-friendly, vegan Mexican option you should definitely try Cosmo's Kitchen Food Truck. It's hands down the best vegan tacos you'll have.

The food was awesome! I never in my mind thought vegan food would taste great.. but boy was I wrong! If you’re in the McAllen area you gotta try it. Clean tables and hot fooddefinitely going to recommend to my friends

Wasn't expecting to find vegan food while I was here, let alone food this good. I had the corn tortilla vegan bistec tacos and a pina colada smoothie.
