Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House Sushi

Very disappointed by my experience. my family went to my father's birthday. we ordered hibachi, sushi apps and sushi entrees. the waitress was very rude and would ignore us when we asked for something. the Hibachi cook has made a decent job and we have our sushi apps. we waited for the sushi entrees, and then the waitress brings out the cake with burned candles. she forgot to put the sushi order, but played it off that the cook was almost ready. we were full until then, so we tried to cancel, but the waitress insisted that it was ready. it was an obvious lie to carry our bill and give a bigger tipp. we wait 30 minutes to an hour and our food arrived. we have never paid so much for such a bad culinary experience.

I love coming here for their sushi. It delights every time and is a feast for the eyes and palate.

Terrible experience tonight !Chef was rude clearly didn’t want to be there . Did not entertain at all. My son closed his eyes when the fire came and he yelled at him I thought He was joking but he wasn’t . He didn’t serve the appetizer at the beginning but at the end. My shrimp was raw. The way the food was presented to all the guests was not how I ever saw it and I have been there a lot. He served the vegetables first then the rice . The people who had chicken were next then then beef. The seafood was last including all the shrimp appetizers. Usually all the food is cooked at one time of course some takes longer than other times.He was incredibly rude and not even close to entertaining which is why people and kids go.

My husband and I have been here many, many times and always have had exceptional service. The waiters/waitresses were great and so were the chefs. This was not the case last night. It was our first time back in a year and it was a terrible experience. Our waiter was MIA basically the whole time, couldn’t understand what I wanted on the menu and insisted on giving me something else. Our chef was rude and not friendly whatsoever and he went around stating everyone’s order and our server of course marked mine down wrong so I told him that that’s not what I had said and my appetizer was going to my husband and he kept saying “but that’s not what it says on this paper” — he kept saying that over and over and finally I just said I didn’t want anything at all then. He kept giving me dirty looks and also shorted me vegetables when all I get for dinner is hibachi vegetable. My husband said something so he would give me more and he eventually did but at first it was the same amount as everyone else. He needed a big attitude adjustment! And oh by the way, thanks for giving my husband food poisoning.

Food and service very good. We enjoy it every time... 3 stars because they do NOT clean the bathrooms often.
