Bidrage med feedbackI had to edit my review because the beverage quality went down. Mostly my drink was always very good. I loved it here. But the last few months I drink when I go is different now. It never tastes like it used. Today I got my sea salt foam oolong tea and there was hardly any foam. I still drink it, but even if I don't like it, there is now a sign that no refunds or exchanges say so it's not that I can't say anything at all
UPDATE: You have inside seats now? Service is very nice, no internal food. The drink was good, I got an ice cream coffee I asked to be mixed, but was omw to work, so no time to be a Karen about it. Although I liked the drink I would feel for $8, I should have the opportunity to sit in or more starbuck as experience for the price.
Imagine 20 minutes to come here, just to find them decided to close half an hour early. This is a normal occurrence here. But the drinks are good. Seriously, guys just change your listed hours of operation and stop lying to be open until 9:00.
Used to my favorite place with great atmosphere, but the first time there in a while and it completely changed. The Boba was hard and dry? Not sure how to describe it. The mochi ice cream was good, but u only one for the price that is not on the menu anywhere. Macaroons were definitely the best imo. And the general atmosphere was simple. The staff I interacted with seemed sad to be there. Spent 15 on regular size black tea, 1 Macaroon pack and 1 mochi. Bummed bc his only boba place in the area rlly. In any case, would return tho :
First, my daughter loves stuff from the shop and will probably continue to go there. I personally, will never spend another penny in that place again. They have horrible costumer service. It wasn 't the kid at the register, or the older man that came out for what I guess is moral support, it was the woman that came out of the back very aggressively. It honestly was a misunderstanding that went wrong. I have had tazo brand passion tea many many times, so I guess I was thinking their tea would taste similar. So when I stepped outside and took a sip and it tasted completely different I thought I was given the wrong thing. I thought it tasted closer to peach or mango. I guess it is my mistake thinking fresh tea would taste the same. So I went in and talked to the kid at the counter and said I think I got the wrong thing, it tastes more like peach to me. He went in the back and all I could hear was a woman fussing that it is passion tea . Then, the older man came out from the back and stood off to the side looking at me. Then, the kid came out and handed me another cup of the same thing. Then that woman came out of the back metaphorically swinging. She started right away aggressively, that is passion tea I made it myself. I said I 'm sorry it tasted more like peach to me (Me thinking of what I know of passion tea. She said to take the new cup I was given. I asked if I could have black tea instead. She said, I already made that for you. You should have said that when it was on the way back. I never asked to be given another cup of the same thing or to be given anything else at that point. I thought the kid was just double checking if it was passion tea. I figured either he would come out and say it was a mistake or explain it was not. I, as politely as I could, stated that I didn 't like the taste of the tea, could I just have a black tea instead? They could have said, well that will be whatever dollars and I would have accepted and bought it. Instead the woman just points to the front of the counter no exchanges or refunds. I said, ok, I will take the first cup. The cup I came back in with that I already had the straw in it, and which she still had in her hand. She said pointing to the new cup again, no that was already made for you. So I picked up the cup of a drink I didn 't want and left and gave it to my daughter. If the woman had not been so aggressive I would asked specifically stating that I want to buy another cup of (black tea. I didn 't feel like that was an option at that point and I certainly didn 't feel welcomed. She was just too aggressive and I just wanted to get out of there. I gave my daughter the drink. And now, I will never step back in that place again. Horrible costumer service by the drink maker woman.
