Mcdonald's - Maynardville

When I visited it was lunchtime, so as crowded as it always is, the drive-thru was exceptionally fast and my order was perfect. The only thing I was missing was a napkin. Can't complain. Had trouble navigating the App since first time using it and it didn't really save me time since I still had to wait on my order and using the traditional drive-thru would have been faster. Didn't put the sauces in that I ordered for the chicken nuggets, but overall the food was good. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Currently this place is poorly managed on an extreme level. There hasn't been a time yet where I didn't spend at minimum 25 mins waiting in the drive through and that was on days there wasn't even a line. Today I sat in line for almost 40 mins before I finally pulled out and went to Hardee's. It will be a few weeks before I go back there. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Absolute disgrace!! If there can 't be better service than this then they should close for the night...got in line at drive thru at 9:40pm made it to window to pay 10ish I figured their just busy. We get our food at 10:54 pm!!! If we hadn 't already paid for our food we would have left and on top of that it was wrong and cold... 2 people in there working and others setting there on their phones having a good ol time and trash all over the place...
