Being someone who doesn’t review often if ever, I couldn’t not review after our terrible service tonight. If you want the correct pizza don’t order from this location. Upon picking up our pizza heading home to have dinner start putting our baby down to sleep, we opened the boxes to find my vegetarian pizza was not one of the two pizzas we received. It was two meat pizzas. When we called to rectify the problem, we were told they could not deliver the correct pizza to us as we fall into The Junction area. I find this hard to believe when Islington is the suburb next to mayfield but even so, this was a mistake they should have rectified. It actually blows my mind. The manager refused was extremely rude would only offer a credit- assuming we’d ever want to order from this store again. Absolutely terrible.

Customer service was disappointing. Order the pizzas for a set time. Go in to pick them and they haven’t even been made. Asked why, they just said how it was and they are always late. No apology, no care and when asked to see the manager, same response. Although it should be a given, don’t expect even slices either. Bring back Eagle Boys! Everytime I order from here, my delivery comes late. What's the point of priority delivery if my food sits in the store for 20 minutes and is cold when finally arrives. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
