Noodle Canteen - Mayfield

Not the best food, not the healthiest either, not the most environmental friendly place with lots of disposable items but.... Its cheap, edible and served its purpose of filling up my stomach. We also ordered some dumplings they made for themselves actually but sold it to us. Food is also cooked fresh to order guaranteed piping hot. The people were friendly, I don’t know maybe because we spoke in Mandarin. But those who had to speak English didn’t have issues either. As a takeaway shop, they deserve high stars from me because they are not targeting to be worlds best but to be value friendly and convenient for general public (like me who just passed by for quick and cheap lunch).

Good flavour, and fast service. I found the people serving very friendly. Massive portions! One meal feeds two people quite easily. If anything, maybe a little bit salty but that could just be my taste! A lot of menu options to choose from, so I’m sure anyone could find something they like.

Best Nasi Goreng around. Super consistent, fresh, tasty, I've been going here for 8 years and will continue too

Love this place always come here do recommend to buy the number 58 but to get chicken and I always buy $4.50 portion of honey chicken to go with it. Just to sweeten it up a lil. They do have chillies in it so you can request to have mild or none.
