Playa Caña Gorda - Mayagueez

I've been visiting this beach for decades. Although it have changed a lot, it's still a nice beach, specially good for families and kids. The area is fenced and it's relatively safe. Facilities includes bathrooms, showers to get sea salt off, a convenient store, a basketball court and more. Be ready with some cash to pay for the parking fee. There's no atm or bank nearby. Enjoy the beach!

Awesome beach. Last time we went there it was clean and the water was clear.

Don’t miss out anything about this phenomenal place. The area is great for hiking, family gatherings, BBQ, swimming, and water sports. The beach has restroom facilities and a store to buy anything you may had mist in your trip. It offered for tourist jetsky specials and more.

Gorgeous, not crowded beach with warm waters. A must see when visiting PR.

Got there on Sunday, fairly empty. Costs $4 to enter. Well worth it for the facilities provided. Would definitely come again.
