Bidrage med feedbackAll four of us (2 children) loved the service and most of the food. The cocktails miraculously arrived while we were still ordering. The salads were not great but OK. Mussels, Loup de mer, and Tuna Steak were all great. The french fries lacked crispyness, but all desserts were a nice end of the meal. As it's one of the cheaper places in the Carnon harbor, we got more than what we expected. Staff was very efficient but friendly and fun. Definitely recommended.
On our last night we really wanted moules frites and chose this place on the port. We went for the three course menu with sauces making it 22 euros instead of 20. My wife’s starter of mozzarella and tomato was much better than my warmed goat’s cheese salad. She had four pieces of cheese, I got one very thin round slice of cheese on an anaemic triangle of toast. But I came out top with the moules as my Roquefort sauce was well flavoured and her flamande a bit bland with only tiny lardons. But the frites let us both down, not crisp and tasty but soggy and flaccid. The chocolate mousse was fine to end and the pichet of wine was reasonable value. The waiter was friendly after a cool reception when my pass sanitaire had a slight problem which I quickly solved. It was by no means a bad meal but we will be trying other places next time we stay there.
Homemade orange juice is diluted and sold for 4€. Scandalous !! Pizza are over cooked. Nothing is homemade. Everything is expensive. Go away.
Was the busiest palce so we assumed it was good. I ordered the Salad Chevre Chaud toast was white bread (pain de Mie) and the chevre was pretty rubbish. Salad leaves were bitter and the dressing was like something out of a bottle from a budget supermarket. This was not worthy of the price at all. Other diners with me had Steak Tartare which looked even more unappealing than it normally does. Everything was garnished with the same lettuce and awful dressing.
