Texas Roadhouse - Matthews

Went with friends and I we had a great experience. Food was great. Our server, I believe her name was Aura, was great.

I sometimes avoid a place if it looks really crowded, but not only is this place worth it, they always seem to get us in faster than I would think possible. The Steak is great and Country fried Chicken is a favorite also. Can't forget about the Yeast Rolls!

I'm not sure what has happened to Texas Roadhouse in the past year, but the service was not great and the food came out basically room temp. Our server did not speak loudly enough for our table of 3 adults and 2 children to hear him, this resulted in orders being wrong. He also disappeared and we had to rely on another server to get what we needed. Both tables adjacent to ours (same amount of people at one table, and a larger party on the other) ordered, received food, paid, and left before we were done. This was due to our server disappearing as well. I hope that in the future Texas Roadhouse will improve its service and food.

Cold food and it took forever to get the food. I tried this place twice and they failed twice. Come on cold bread cold steak and cold sides. Smh. 1st time was curb side. One week later dine in…. Never again…
