Horrible experience ordered large chicken with cheese and paid extra for bacon add many bbq sauce. I'm coming home, not a Bbq sauce. 1.75 extra for bacon? 12.99. Absolutely terrible.

I love fire department sub-parts, but if you are looking in your phone and it says that they close at a certain time and you drive to order the store and they have a small sign at their door that says they close an hour earlier than the time online says is a problem. This must be updated

This branch has the most extraordinary staff! Justin, the branch manager and Melissa, the area manager were super helpful when a LARGE catering order, high school teacher back to the classroom for the new school year on their first day. What a great way to welcome them again! Thanks for your professionalism, help loading the order in my car and best of all, the delicious fresh sandwiches and chips. Kudos!

I wanted to give the Tuesday morning crew a big shout out. My company placed an online order Monday afternoon for 40 boxed lunches to be picked up on Tuesday. They did not get the order until Tuesday morning. This crew had another catered lunch order to process on top of our lunch so they really had to scramble. Anyway, the manager was very apologetic, but when we got our order nothing was missing, everything was fresh and delicious. Hats off to her and her crew!
