Sonic Drive-in - Mathis

The order was missing the Steak and Bacon Grilled Cheese.

The speaker outside was not functioning properly, causing difficulty in placing my order. The service at this restaurant is usually poor, with orders not being taken in a timely manner. This was disappointing, so I ended up going to Dairy Queen for my meals and desserts. I am very let down by the service at this establishment in Mathis, Texas, as it was not up to par.

The service was quick and welcoming, as they assisted us with a special offer without us having to inquire about it (buy a chili cheese cone/sundae after 8 pm).

I requested jalapeños to be added to my order but was charged for them without actually receiving them.

My tater tots were not included in my order.
