Tj's Hero Shop - Mastic Beach

Great place, very nice and friendly. Good people come here instead of the bagel shop down the road on the corner. The bagel shop was $20 for a BEC and a hungryman which would be fine but the food sucked. You come here to TJ's the food is always good.

For a hero place this place makes the bomb of a sandwich

Sandwich was tasty but lacking on substance, server made rude and disrespectful comment about me using there Staffs only bathroom as the one All Gender bathroom was occupied... Here 's a Tip try a Men 's Room and Woman 's Bathroom like everyone else so there is no waiting , Customer Service 101 UPDATE 12/12/23 as we can see Mgts hyper focus on bathroom rather than their food lacking substance and rude employee comments to a paying customer. Rather explain their decision to meet the bare minimum requirements of one bathroom for customers. Unfortunately we can see they use the same motto on their food and customer Service, The people in our community deserve the ultimate in quality ,quantity and substance NOT bare minimum , especially in these difficult times, My Tip to the owners is Customer Service is the key, There is too much competition in the area not to focus on it

Used to come here all the time but last few months they can never get my order right. I simply can’t have cheese and cheese gets put on anyway

I am so heartbroken that I've never stopped here before period. This is a fabulous spot for family friends and even doggies . very clean very well maintain impeccable deli.... The outdoor seating is fabulous .... The heroes can feed two adults....
