Chans - Masterton

We had Malaysian food here. At first we thought its just a takeway but the chef really understands making good food! We had a real experierence!Only the plastic on the wall. Please take it away!

My family and i had lunch at Chans Restaurant,we found the place tidy and clean,the service awesome.Great menu choice ,we all ordered something different to eat. The food was great,even miss fussy loved her meal.Awesome place highly recomend eating here the salmon was divine.Keep up the good work ,will be back again.

There were 24 of us having the banquet meal. The food was excellent and very generous quantities. The service however was very poor. I had to go and ask staff to come and serve us. They didn't realise we had booked the banquet and were trying to take individual orders which confused a mumber of the group who were elderly. After the meal, I had to go and ask the staff to clear the tables and serve the chinese tea. The tables were half cleared and we had our tea with dirty plates all over the table. We never saw the staff again. The staff were young college kids who didn't look to be very interested in their job.

Food was lovely although the orange beef was quite a small portion for the price.

We've never been disappointed with the food here. Best Won Tons and Sweet and Sour in town.
