Masset Waterfront Inn

We've never been to a hostel. HI Lake Louise exceeded expectations in many ways. Our rooms were designed so that we only shared a bathroom with our group and did not have to go to the hall. All cleanliness in rooms, bathrooms, showers and public areas is kept to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good power and plenty of hot water. The staff was to answer questions as needed. The connected café had great breakfast and excellent hamburgers.

The greatest hostel in Canada in my point opinion! Quiet, functional, good on-site restaurant. Love the fire pit, even in the winter. Location is amazing to practice outdoor activities.

My favourite hostel. Quitter then Banff and more cozy. The sauna is especially nice after a day on the hill.

A top level venue for travelers in Banff National Park. A joint venture between the world wide HI hostel chain and the Alpine Club of Canada. This is a purpose built traveler hostel refugio and is a fab base for the many summer and winter activities available around the area. Lots of free parking outside. Have stayed there many times over the years, all seasons, and will return again.
