Ihop - Mason

When we got there, they were short-staffed and staff appeared disorganized. They said it would be 20 minutes and we only waited 5 minutes extra. It appeared more staff arrived and the place started to refocus. We had a party of 8. The server was awesome and he was very attentive and focused! Everything we ordered came out timely and delicious. I was amazed at the presentation as well. They have gf pancakes! It was impressive how well they handled the Sunday morning business. I would definitely recommend going there to eat! Great food and service.

Worst experience at a restaurant yet. We will not be returning. Eggs were swimming in oil, I ordered over medium well eggs and received over medium at best, the chicken was waaaay over fried, and the manager ignored me when I tried to get her attention. This is a breakfast place. Learn to cook eggs. On top of all that the bathrooms were a disaster.

Great quality of food when we do take out. Should update website to remove curbside pickup option because of staffing but still recommend

One of the best ihops I had. there are actually sufficient employees who are also competent. the food was decent. I had no complaints. I would go back.

Good food. Good service. A bit short staffed though which was understandable.
