Hungry Mind - Mason City

I've been here since my childhood. recently I went back to share a sandwich with my mom, she also got a cup supper. the new owner has accused me for two half sandwich menus (which was twice the price) although I clearly ordered a sandwich a cup suppe. I didn't even get the side for my half to come with the food. he jumped to the Mayo-Turkey. the pickles lunch meat were not the same quality. he constantly complained about the common ones when I tried to enjoy lunch with my mother while I visited the city. we were the only table there, I will never go back, even if it was a local attitude for me earlier than I visited.

I rejected the entrance to noon because of the catering orders, the preference, although I was earlier told on the phone to knock on the door when locked. No problem. But putting a sign on the doors that says that this would be better than being told at the door, they can't serve you because short staff and earn more money than they need? Okay, I'm not back.

I always loved Hungry Mind! It's a cool little place to get lunch! I love the club sandwich! The new owners are a young couple from CA, and they have changed the menu slightly and increased prices (that was over a year ago. You got rid of the French Pommes and everything you got?cook? That was a bummer. But the food is fresh, I love support to sit and visit local and cute place! The owners are also nice.

Food and service was very good! Unique atmosphere too!
