Restaurant L'Invitation - Masevaux

This lovely restaurant was recommended to us by the local campsite owner (and incidentally by the local Tourist Information Centre); we visited it for our wedding anniversary and were really glad we did. The welcome was charming and we were sat outside on the terrace with our dog. The food was really special, cooked by the genial chef/proprietor; seasonal and local, and there was a good local wine list at reasonable prices. There was a really lovely atmosphere in the restaurant/ terrace.

One of the hallmarks of the French cuisine is the reliance on local produce and tradition, and the way the menu is influenced by seasonal change. This little family driven restaurant, in walking distance from the centre of the village of Masevaux offers all this in a very relaxed atmosphere. The quality of the food more than justified the slightly higher price and the service was cordial and helpful, despite our lacking French.

Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois et à chaque fois le repas était super bon. Le service est top également. Rien a dire, super.

Super ce petit restaurant de la vallée,très discret mais avec un très bon chef en cuisine,en salle sa femme oeuvre et rien n'est oublié .......faut également dire un grand merci au jeune homme polyvalent qui assume tout aussi bien en salle qu'en cuisine,mais attention faut réserver car la table est délicieuse,et il n'y a que 40 convives qui trouverons leur bonheur,prix très correct,rien à redire nous reviendrons

Très beau cadre (un peu Bruyant ) menu praderie exceptionnel très bonne viande cuisson parfaite exellent. desserts Patronne avenante et très dynamique super ambiance excellent vin bref nous reviendront rapidement bravo chef
