Penny's Diner - Marysville

Fantastic place to eat! The setting in the diner is wonderful and the workers were pleasant, and homestyle food was delicious. I ate there several times during my stay in Marysville Ks. I suggest if you ever come across a Penny's Diner stop in and give it a try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was okay hopefully we don't get sick. I'm not really picky ...it was the food getting handled without gloves and the person that was cooking went to the bathroom and I was surprised that he didn't wash his hands at all in the bathroom or kitchen sink he was also picking food up without any gloves and then wiping on his pants and then I notice that his pants were dirty looking like he was a mechanic cooking food. It takes a lot to gross me out and he picked up my Texas toast after he wiped his hands on his dirty mechanic pants.. so I will not be showing up again never had any problems with Jason cooking in there I was always a clean person I guess this place went downhill after they got a new cooks.

Absolutely awful. place was near empty, flies everywhere bothering us. two people working. ordered an appetizer and it was great and came out fast. ordered food, not a word for an hour. called waitress over and her response to asking what was taking so long was “I don’t know what’s wrong with the cook”. the guy was behind the counter pacing back and forth and doing things seemingly at random. we left soon after without getting our food. terrible experience, would not recommend. much better places to eat in marysville. would rather take a 12 gauge to the roof of my mouth than walk back in this place. 0/10. pathetic.
