Papa Johns Pizza - Martinsburg

Nicest papa John’s I’ve ever been to! We live a little ways from here and this is the closest one to us, so whenever we’re craving papa John’s we go here. They truly go above and beyond for their customers and they have amazing manners and are always so kind. And can’t forget that the pizza always tastes amazing as well as the other menu items they sell!!

I ordered my pizza online at 6:45 pm they said it would be ready in 25-30 min when it was ready I got a alert and went in to get my pizza just for the front counter guy to tell me it will be another 10-15 after I already waited 30 damn min then wen I got my food was hard as hell and rush I had a huge bubble in my food and little black things smh . I ask the guy for pepper ?️ and cheese and he threw it on da box so rudely they need better customer service

I've never had issues with the quality of the food, it's always delicious!Only issue about this store is that when they get busy, wait times are very long. So if you don't mind waiting, this is a great place for good pizza.

Everything is online. Orders have been delivered to incorrect address, missed entirely, and if you call you will get a hotline. Completely disconnected to their customer base. Will not order from them again. Miss the days of falling into a local representation who is active and answers. Shame on papa John’s

It's a typical papa John's. Staff are always working hard and have always been polite. No issues and I'll continue to buy from this
