Jersey Mike's Subs - Martinsburg

They mess up my order every single solitary time I walk through the door. What exactly does on the side mean?? That means you want that item on the side of the sandwich. Not on it.

BEST SUBS IN TOWN! And incredible customer service every single time we order. Yesterday, I placed an order for a business luncheon that was held today. Eight sandwiches all made correctly, labeled as requested, and ready at the exact time requested. And they were delicious! To add to this great service, this store supports great local causes, so it is a honor to frequent Jersey Mike's Martinsburg Subs. Great job, Jersey Mike's!

I order jersey mikes at least once a week and really enjoy their food but I’m tired of this location making my order wrong all the time. I dealt with them giving me mini sized bowls due to being out of the regular ones even when that’s what I paid for, and I deal with the almost non-edible bacon when I order late, but to make someone’s food wrong and not offer to remake it is upsetting. Philly cheesesteaks taste fresh and delicious. Place is always clean. The staff are very very nice, always talking to customers, make people feel welcome. I appreciate that about the place. I’ll keep coming back for sure.

My husband stopped and got two subs one was suppose to be chicken the other beef he gets home both was beef very disappointing.we have gone to Jersey Mike's since they been in town never has this happened. I tried to eat mine but you couldn't it was awful.
