Mcdonald's - Martin Ave, Big Lake

I wish I would have gotten the name of the individual who was handing out food at the drive through. I was focused on her coughing all over my drink and bag then handing it to me. The snot running down her face. The service and food are HORRIBLE. I did end up throwing everything away. I rather go to Lake Cafe and have a better meal than McDonald's. Nasty food and horrible service. I will pass on any McDonald's in the future.

Our order is wrong 70% of the time... no, I don't complain it does no good. The prices are totally outrageous... especially when the quantity of the food, French fries, hamburgers thinner, then a cardboard box. Not employees faults. They're very fast try to be

They always pull my car. Even when no one is behind me. I ordered a double cheese the other day and they pulled my car. I waited upwards of 5 minutes and when I got home (Under 5 minutes away) it wasn't even hot.

Ever since covid this McDonalds all across MN feel post apocalyptic. You order on a tablet inside now, its hard to talk to a normal person.All of the prices are sky high now.Every time you go through the drive it says “will you be using the mobile app today” and no matter what you say someone comes on and says “welcome how can we help you”Food quality went down too. McDonalds is just a shell of a place that once was great.
