Honestly it was great all the way around, traveling across the us and they have the best fries I've had in a long long while. I wish my home in wv was this good. My parents who are notoriously picky immagrints loved it, sooo worth it! We always have a bad experience with the food itself. I decided to try again today thinking maybe we wouldn't get chicken that was clearly old and been in the warmer all day. I bought a $40 bucket of just chicken, drove the 15 minutes home and when I opened the bucket it smelled like rancid meat. I tried calling 2 times to avoid a 30 minute drive to see what could be done but no answer. Our 2 year old snuck a peice out and ate most of it before we realized it was bad, we are hoping she doesn't get sick.
