Subway - Marshall

I’m not going to lie to you I did work at this Subway for about year, however I can put my bias aside and say this is definitely one of the better subways in its franchise.

One of the nicest Subways we've visited. Lovely clean restaurant and full choice of options. Robin made our subs perfectly as they felt more tasty than normal. Highly recommended.Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat narrow door, but no difficult turns.

The young lady working lunch today was not very friendly or helpful. I would have given a one rating had it not been for the young man working who made everything right. I ask the young lady if they had and fresh lettuce because there was obviously rotten lettuce in what they had out. Her answer was that that was the fresh lettuce. I was about to leave when the young man at the register said he would get some fresh. He was very helpful and personable. The young lady was not either

I have really enjoyed the remodeled subway and the food quality has tremendously gotten better along with the customer service.

Literally the third time in three weeks that I called my order in ahead of time only to drive 30 minutes and be told they “never got a call in”. Forget it. Not worth the trouble. I understand that it’s mostly kids that run these places but shouldn’t there be an adult SOMEWHERE???
