The food was great, but the service was disappointing. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get drink refills, and the staff seemed more focused on socializing in the lobby than attending to the customers. Overall, the service was terrible.

I absolutely love the food at Jade Garden, particularly the Harvest Chicken Shrimp. Their wonton soup is the best I've ever had, and everything is always piping hot when I order takeout. The buffet is also a great value!

I ordered take-out and found an unexpected bug in my food halfway through the meal. When I spoke to the manager, he offered to refund half the cost of the dish since I had already eaten part of it. I insisted on a full refund for the entire order, including the other dishes we could no longer eat. I explained that a good business owner would apologize and provide a full refund. In the end, I was only refunded for the dish that had the bug.
