Quimera - MARSALA

We stopped in for a couple of panini and were first very surprised at the low prices; 5 euros for most selections. But then just in shock when we saw the huge portion size. We came to find that extra large portions is the norm in Sicily, however our appetites/capacity for food would have been more suited to sharing one panino and there probably would have still been some left. The ingredients were fresh and the combinations were very creative. So many options! Clean environment, very nice owner. Only disappointment was no availability of wine. In its class, deserving of 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Just dropped in for lunch with friends/family. Obviously very popular with the kids from the school opposite but an absolute bargain tagliere of cheese and salumi. Need to come back more often.

Good number of craft beers, nice fresh salads and filling paninis. Some more vegetarian options would be good.

Never had a sandwich with such good ingredients, and for this price, I'd eat here every day if I lived in Marsala!!

I would be happy to give this place a 5 star, if I was just rating the quality of their food. Their food is SO good that over thebpast few weeks I have visited their restaurant on 5 occassions during reportedly open hours, and their doors are closed. The least they could do is post their hours and when they will open up if they are taking an extended holiday.
