Eat'n Park - MARS

I was very disappointed at the service we received. We went out. Yes, the place was somewhat busy, but that is understandable and we know that because of the so-called persistent pandemic and the so-called lack of help. I was sitting and the person I was waiting for was about 5 minutes after me. The waitress came by and asked me what I want to drink. I have my drink while I waited. That was the only time she was quick. As soon as my other guest arrived, it is when things went on the hill. The waitress came back and asked her for her drink. She said coffee and boom she was gone. Come back with the coffee no creamer. We had to ask for it and a breakfast menu. She got a little huffy and saw that we had both coupons and had separate checks. I watched her wait for her other tables, and six tops were sitting after us. She has Thier drinks orders and food orders. The table next to us got her food and she went by and we were not waiting. The six tops now get more drinks. With her soups back to the six tops. Again, we have not waited or even recognized. There was a girl's cleaning tables that she overheard that we talked about not being waited, and she came over and said she was sad, but was ready to take our order. The hostess was upset that she helped us, but she told her again that she had to clean the table because she had to sit more people. From a distance, you can tell her our waitress, I'll be with you ladies. With all this we decided it was time to go. Knowing a bus person wants to wait for us. Host doesn't want to worry about more people and a waitress. Left $3.00 on the table to cover the drinks. Went to Cranberry Eat N Park with the best service ever.

I don't eat at Eat'n Park a lot but when I do it is always an enjoyable experience. I know exactly what to expect although they do have some interesting seasonal meals. For breakfast, lunch or dinner the prices are fair and the service is good.

Eat n Park is a staple in the Puttsburgh area. The food is always good, the service always friendly and cast, the restaurant is always clean and well kept. A good place for any meal open 7am to 11pm.

Anytime I?m in there, they staff is so very friendly and fun. This last time we went in, there was a waitress that absolutely made our days brighter. We stopped in because we were sad after some bad news and she made us feel better, she went above and beyond for us, and all in all just incredible and pleasant. I always appreciate the staff and how amazing they are.

Good food, good service, and reasonable prices. Great place for breakfast.
