We Dat's Chicken Shrimp - Marrero

Horrible customer service and the cashier was very rude. Went in to pick up an Uber order. Even though the OPEN sign was on, the cashier was sitting in the lobby when I pulled up on her phone and proceeded to tell me they were sold out. Why was the sign on and the cashier sitting there if they were sold out . There was an order sitting on the counter bagged up but I didn 't even get my words out. Won 't be returning to pick up any Uber orders or to place a personal order.

When my boyfriend I got the food, it immediately smelt burned. After eating his stomach instantly started hurting and I have indigestion from the wings or the loaded fries. I'm not sure what's wrong with the food but something ain't right

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! when we entered the restaurant had a WRETCHED SMELL, like spoiled shrimp. (pater found out it was some shrimp that had went bad my fiance’s shrimp plate)the shared restroom door was wide open which made me not even want to sit in there. there was one half bald big guy working the register and making food (GROSS cause i don’t even think he washed his hands after handling money) ! he wasn’t friendly at all, he was drenched in sweat, dirty uniform shirt and no hair net, untrimmed facial hair! we spent $40 on 3plates and the shrimp WERE SPOILED! when you bite into it you immediately smell and taste the spoiled taste and thts the same smell the store had. this was on 3/22/23 . its a waste , i promise you. this place shouldn’t even be open so many violations

I spent 56.00 on wings and fries. Got home (less) than 4 minutes away and the fries were brown, cold, and hard. I didn’t bother to call them because I read other views about them not rectifying their wrongs. Business is business and today We Dats missed the mark. Good business is to not give customers old food! Hire staff who get it right the first time.

This place has the absolute worst food and service. Stopped by, spent 30 bucks just for the wings to be completely undercooked. If I can give the sauces a rating I’d give them a solid -5 out of 5 stars.
