ROAST BEEF! I think I'm a Po-Boy snob, the bread must be right! Only French bread! REAL FRENCH BREAD, not the Soft Wal Mart version of French bread. Chateau uses Hi-Do bread the best French bread on the West Bank! I had a lot of a Brat-Rind-Pop boy in my life, but this Brat-Rind-Pop boy seems to them all. The Bratbeef is cooked to forget and I love it! The shrimps and chicken pods are also excellent. worth the trip! Absolutely be tired of the service, but it is not great and they are slow.

AWESOME! My favourite place to eat! They make everything fresh and delicious! Best roast beef and fried cucumbers. You'll do it as you like it. Best po' boys ever!!! The fried Artichoke po' boy is also great! Great people and a wide selection and reasonable prices!!!

Better than before. He tried this place when they first opened and it was overpriced and terrible. there was a second chance recently and it was above the top! much improved and delicious. Roastbeef.... I think his a little expensive, but very good.

We had a large group of 12 coming before our swamp tour so we had to eat quickly. Adam behind the counter has done an excellent job to help all of us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food came fast and was very good! We were all very satisfied. Large family businesses. It was great to see the siblings to clean the tables and serve the food.

Great family business. Bbq beef poy boy was excellent. Bbq shrimp was tasty. Fried pickles were good. Not spicy. Worth the stop.
