Crawford's Pizza Pub - Maroa

My husband and I were at Crawfords in Maroa on Sunday Nov 20 this was the worst service we have ever received . The place was not busy and yet our waitress Jenna brought our drinks and our order and never once came back to see if everything was Ok. Myhusband had to get up to find someone to get our waitress and then an other girl came and wanted to know what she could do forus. I ask if Jenna was on break and she said she was cleaning up in the back. We got our bill paid and left. The food wasgreat the service was bad.

Our delivery driver tonight completely ruined all future business from my entire family and I. The reason he was so upset and completely unprofessional was all because the order did not come through listed as an apartment and he knocked on the wrongdoor? he was extremely rude to my neighbor and then refused to come into the walkway door (not an entry door just a hallway thatleads to multiple apartment doors). He stated he will never come back because we failed to enter the address correctly andproceeded to scream and was beyond rude in front of multiple children. When we got our food I was too sick to my stomach to eveneat because none of us deserved how he treated. I tipped 20% prior to him even getting here so his attitude was unrelated to notbeing tipped well?. I?m sad that his clearly terrible night ruined a family pizza night in we were trying to enjoy.

We have always loved Crawfords. We had an issue with a previous delivery order. When we ordered this evening, we had a credit towards our order. Great customer service and our food was amazing! ?

Calzones were great. Waitresses left us with impression that we inconvenienced her. Had a strong smell of incents burning, way to much for the space it was being used for.

The food was okay. I had a meat calzone. The service was fantastic and our server was friendly and had a great sense of humor! This was my first time at this establishment and would return again. Would love to try the pizza! Thank you for serving theDouglas County Search and Rescue!
