I placed an order for my family at 16:27 PM, which was projected to meet from 5:03 after their app. When it did not arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery time, I called the store to see what was going on. They told me that the door-disc supplier did not have my address and that they gave it to them (nominates the fact that all my information was correct on the order form). You told me he was on his way, so I waited 15 minutes. No food came yet, so I called again, and the person told me that they would come out to the door dash and back to me. Ten minutes went without answer, so I did not call back a few times. After all, I went to the store. Before I arrived, manager Eva told me that I had to come to DoorDash for a refund. I didn't even know that DoorDash filled my order because the site says Pancheros would deliver, not a third-party delivery service. She told me she couldn't handle my refund. I told Eva I wanted to talk to her when I was there. When I came to the counter, I was met with a man named AJ. I told him about the situation and asked for a refund. He then found my order and said my refund would be processed in one day or so. When I asked for a reception, he said he couldn't give me one. That's why I asked for his name. That was at 5.38. In the meantime, my online app says my order is ?complete? while I am out $50 and not show food for them. I'll wait for a refund, but I wanted to let you know about this unpleasant experience. I was wasted time and money, and then I went to that store. Then no one excuse for lack of service was told. Staff made it seem like it was my problem when the customer found out. Strange. I am very disappointed at the abhorrent level of the service tonight, because I usually have great experience with this franchise. TL;DR: do not order with the delivery service for this facility. It is unreliable and the customer service is missing strongly.

I've been here twice now and have enjoyed myself both times. Attentive staff that puts the food together quickly and efficiently. Two tasty burritos in a row.
