This ice cream seems freezer burnt and not creamy at all. Overpriced and the cashier was very rude. I don?t know how this place is still running!

I tried this ice cream place since it was near my work and on my way home. I got the soft serve ice cream and it was really great. It?s creamy and did not melt that fast. One thing that needs improvement in this place is customer service. The kids working here that are attending to the customers needs good customer service. The young lady that handed me my soft serve ice cream forgot to give me a spoon not until I asked for one and she never asked me if I wanted any toppings

The frozen yogurt at this restaurant under new ownership lacks any flavor. The previous owner served delicious and flavorful frozen yogurt. It seems like the new owner may be cutting corners. We wasted $20 on flavorless frozen yogurt and ended up throwing it out.

My husband had vegan ice cream and my kids had ice and everyone really enjoyed it! The staff is absolutely superb. Both young ladies went above and beyond when I needed some help after they had just closed.

When I entered the restaurant for the first time, I was not greeted with a hello. Instead, I told them it was my first time and was met with silence as two young employees chatted. I ordered an ice cream cup, which was nothing special, and left a tip. However, I was disappointed by the lack of smiles and the overall outdated atmosphere of the restaurant.
