Starbucks - Marlborough

I recently visited the new Starbucks at Apex Center, and I must say, it's fantastic! They've brought over two of the best baristas from the previous location across the street, and the new baristas are also excellent. The interior is spacious and welcoming, and the drive-thru is efficient and convenient. I usually place my order through the app and pick it up at the drive-thru with my dog, Nacho, or sometimes I go inside just to greet the staff. Picking up a mobile order at the drive-thru is incredibly easy, and Nacho loves the experience. I've sat inside a few times too, and I've thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I'm very pleased with the new Apex Starbucks. Keep up the great work, Starbucks!

Although it's just a drive-thru, I was really impressed with the speedy service and the way they handed me my iced tea in a separate cup to avoid any contact. I'm not trying to be sarcastic; I genuinely appreciate that they are prioritizing safety, and I'm thankful for that. As someone in a high-risk category, being able to go out, see people and cars, and enjoy a perfect iced tea was a delightful surprise.

The experience was satisfactory. The staff had the typical Starbucks attitude—slightly snobbish but surprisingly friendly and efficient. The drinks were enjoyable, and the location was a reasonably sized Starbucks. However, the seating was quite uncomfortable. I expected a bit more comfort, but the only options available were some hard wooden chairs, with limited cushioned choices at this particular Starbucks.
