Bidrage med feedbackPicked up via drive through so can't say much about atmosphere. Parking lot was considered clean! Food is fast food so it was OK. Some fries looks a little over fried but it's not the end of the food world.
For a long time I have wanted to leave a review but then I just decide not to bother. I have been going to this location for years only because I like Wendy’s. Tonight I decided I will drive to another location going forward, because the staff is miserable at this location and it just ruins the whole experience. The girl working tonight basically snarled at me when I asked her if my straw was in the bag…. I wouldn’t have asked if this wasn’t a common occurrence of things missing from my order. They are always flustered and miserable here. I am a believer that this goes deeper than just the employees having a bad attitude and hating their job. Tonight not only was my salad digesting so was the service I received in the drive thru.
The customer service at the restaurant was unpleasant. I had ordered food through DoorDash for pick-up and drove through the drive-thru to get it. I had to wait in a long line and when I reached the front, I was informed that I couldn't pick up my order through the drive-thru. I went inside the restaurant and the employee at the front had trouble finding my order. When I asked why I couldn't pick up my order through the drive-thru, she responded that it was only for their customers. This was confusing because I had paid and ordered from them. The employee could have been more clear in her communication.(P.S. It didn’t mention anywhere on the DoorDash app that I cannot pick up in drive thru or to pick up inside at the front counter
The restaurant was Flithy. I had to clean the table and chair because they were all dirty. The customer service was ok but they got my order wrong and the manager or supervisor was very dismissive. Also the food looked thrown together and barely warm.
This is by far, the worst Wendy's I've every been to. The miserable staff continuously make errors with our order and try to blame the mobile app or system for their incompetence. I have a child with allergies and stress this during ordering...but sadly they mess up the order everytime!We will no longer be visiting this particular location. As mentioned in an earlier review; the issue with the staff and the lack of respect, disingenuous attitude and overall poor service, is deep rooted and is a reflection of the franchise, it's owner and the location manager(s).The customer experience should always take precedence and be as positive an experience as possible.We expect better...and we will find it elsewhere.
