Bidrage med feedbackThis location has gotten so much smaller on portion sizes. Before it would be filled to the top now it seems 1/3 smaller. When I get add-ons to my food they don?t add it. Probably won?t be going to this location anymore.
We took a shawarma take out, asked for no hot source on it. After getting home it was full of hot source, they literally did not care about their customers, the source was so spicy it burnt my lips and tongue. When called them, they did not care at all.The worst Osmos branch ever been to.
My husband I purchased a chicken on the rocks today at your Markham and Castlemore location in Markham,Ontario. I am very disappointed in the level of service that was provided. First off, we ordered over the phone for a large chicken on the rocksand a large chicken with half fries and half rice. We picked it up and drove home without looking at the food. Once we got homewe noticed that the portions of chicken for both plates was a lot less than usual at this location and from other locations Ihave been to. I have no other problem with the quality and quantity at other locations and I have always loved the food yourcompany provides. We drove back to ask them about the quality of food they provided hoping that it was a simple mistake andthat they would just fix it. However, when we asked the staff there, they refused to add more chicken or give us a new order asit was the reasonable action to take. I will provide a photo of what was served to us and I believe the workers at this locationhave really low customer service skills which need to be addressed immediately. I have never had to complain before aboutanyone?s service or product before as normally I avoid restaurant businesses with bad reputations but as I said I love your foodand feel that this location was trying to give us a subpar product and could have easily rectified the situation but they choseinstead to give me a refund after wasting my time and gas to go and come back twice to this location. Instead of writing a poorexperience review on instagram and google, we actually wrote an email to them and they still refused no reply back with a poorresponse. I?m letting you know this is not accepted in the industry standard. I would really appreciate a response as soon aspossible and if there is anything you can do to make up for their mistake. I look forward to hearing back from someone soon.
Taste of falafel was raw, they were uncooked and the parts of it were scrapped. Chicken was so dry and burnt. Shawarma wasn?t wrapped well as it was all over. Bad customer service. I don?t want to try Mediterranean food again soon because of thisexperience. Wasted food and money sadly. Restaurant is not so clean. I made combo and the person forgot about drink and I had toask.
I got some baklava along with chicken poutine . The staff told me ones on the bottom are old and so he gave me a box from the top which was supposed to be ok. The tops ones were old too and tasted awful. Why would they even display old food, let alonesell it ? Having worked in fast-food before I wouldn?t blame the staff but it shows how owners are negligent towards unhygienicand illegal practises. I wouldn?t be surprised if they do the same thing for other foods that they sell.
