Bidrage med feedbackI don't know how they always end up screwing up my order. I go here rarely hoping that the next time I go they would finally get their head in the game but they still screw it up. I don't understand how it is so bad at this location. They used to be so good when they started; their staff used to be competent. It's honestly so disappointing. The cashier even tried to upsell me after messing up my order! Talk about bad customer service.
I’ve been coming here weekly due to a family activity nearby. Drinks have been good and the Bake Code swiss rolls are a favourite. The free wifi is also appreciated.Not a fan of the paper straws. I’ve spilled my drinks before trying to get it through so they just give me anxiety and I only order hot drinks now.My reason for reviewing though is because of the loud music in the store. I tried not to mind it before but overtime it’s starting to bother me. Not sure if it’s just me, I suppose I have a bit of a sensory issue and I really come here hoping for a cozy spot to work or read by myself for an hour or so while I wait so it’s just distracting. I guess I can go somewhere else but everything has been good otherwise so hoping the feedback might be helpful.
Fast and easy. There is a self-service kiosk so you can quickly (or slowly) go through the menu and place your order. It is very casual in here and our drinks were on point. Lots of variety here so it will take a while to get through the whole menu.
Ordered 5 drinks thru mobile and added 1 more drink over the counter. Notified the girl I have 5 drinks to pick up. If the store is out of trays, should have let me know and I would have purchased a bag. I came in by myself. How was I suppose to carry six drinks without a tray or bag.
Update on 01-20-23: I think this place deserves an updated review. The quality of their drinks has consistently improved. The tapioca is cooked well the texture is wonderfully chewy. There is only a hint of sweetness in my milk tea when ordered with no sugar which is from the tapioca. I've been really enjoying my drinks from here. Keep up the great work!It's nice to have a Chatime so close but this location has been trouble since day one. Slowest to fulfill orders experienced incorrect orders a few too many times. Today I walked in to order, got home realized my order was incorrect (asked for roasted milk tea but got just milk tea). I don't fully blame it on the kind man that took my order. It's hard with the loud music with the plexiglass between us due to Covid. I should of looked to ensure he heard me inputted the order correctly. My biggest issue was that I got no sugar as always it was like 100% sugar. This has happened before it's just astounding how it's so inconsistent... makes me think is this really no sugar as the label says? My stomach is literally feeling sick right now with too much sugar. Will have to throw waste the rest of this drink and my money. I think I'm finally giving up on this chain and going elsewhere.
