Hero Certified Burgers -  Markham,

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes for my order to be taken, even though there were only 2 people ahead of me. The burger I ordered was disappointing and lukewarm. This was my first visit here and will likely be my last. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience.

The Hero Certified location at Highway 7 and McCowan was quite unpleasant due to a strong odor. When I mentioned this to the owner, he acknowledged that the floors needed cleaning. It is concerning that such a popular spot would overlook basic cleanliness. An inspection should be conducted to ensure that the food preparation areas and restaurant overall are kept clean.

The restaurant is consistently clean and the food is always top-notch, but what truly stands out is the impeccable service that never fails to leave me with a smile on my face every time.

I ordered their new smash and churrasco burgers combos today, they tasted amazing! Love them!! I always come for their good food and great services. Especially the owner Jimmy and Anna, they are supper friendly at all time, no disappointment!! I will definitely come more often, love this location, love the endless great stuffs??

Had their moon burger last night. It was alright but felt there was a lot of cheese . Overall it was an alright experience and service was good for me. People mentioned below it’s a different bun which I noticed as well. I’m assuming it’s different only for the burger I got. It’s a decent place to get food if your in a rush.Parking: It’s a small plaza area but not busy. So parking shouldn’t be an issue.
