Recently I visited this restaurant with my family. Overall I can say that the food was good and the servers tried their best to serve us. Unfortunately, however, there was one major negative that impacted our experience: the extremely long waiting time for the food. We had to wait over an hour and a half for our food to arrive. With a child of 8 years old, this was absolutely no fun. Understandably, a busy restaurant can sometimes have some delays, but this wait time was nothing short of worthless. While the food itself was tasty and the servers were friendly, there was a clear lack of interest in reducing wait times. It would have been nice if the staff had informed us of the delay and perhaps made a small gesture to compensate for the long wait. It's a pity that the long wait overshadowed our overall experience. The food may be good and the staff may be trying their best, but at the end of the day, the length of the wait is an important aspect of a dining establishment. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed to live up to that. If improvements are made to wait times in the future, I might give this restaurant another chance. Until then, however, I cannot recommend it to others, especially families with young children who cannot wait long. Hopefully wait times will be better managed in the future so guests can enjoy both the good food and a reasonable wait time.
